At Tegiwa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
